I saw such donuts at Merisor and, because the acacias enticed me with their perfume, I said to try to make these goodies too.
I had some reluctance to taste the flowers, but when I saw that my daughter ate with gusto, I dared and discovered that these donuts with acacia flowers are really good.
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 sachets of vanilla sugar (8 g / sachet)
- 175 g sour cream
- 400 ml carbonated mineral water
- vanilla essence
- 1 sachet of baking powder (10 g)
- 450 g of country flour
- Acacia flowers
- frying oil (at least 500 ml)
- vanilla powdered sugar for serving

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert donuts with acacia flowers:
Eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar are mixed. Add sour cream, mineral water, vanilla essence, baking powder and flour and mix.
Acacia flowers wash well.
Put a pan with oil on the fire.
Acacia flowers are given through the dough, then put in hot oil. Fry on both sides.
Acacia flower donuts are served with vanilla powdered sugar.
