Cut the thighs in half, season with salt and pepper. Brown in a pan with a little oil. In another pan, fry the onion until it becomes glassy, ​​then put the finely chopped garlic. Put the onion, 1 tablespoon of marjoram and 3 cups of water over the browned meat, and let it boil for 15 minutes, then put the sliced ​​mushrooms. When the mushrooms are cooked, prepare the rantas (flour + water) with 1 beaten egg with salt, pepper and sour cream. Turn the heat to low and put the rantas stirring constantly. When it boils, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley (I had parsley mixed with celery leaves).
