Legs "wrapped" in the oven ~~ for diet


The pulp is washed well, the skin is removed, any fat is removed from the pulp and washed again.

Place the pulp in aluminum foil, sprinkle with basil and grated carrot.

Cut the onion into juliennes and slice the garlic and place it on top of the leg.

We wrap the pulp so that the end is upwards, so that the juice left by the pulp does not flow.

Leave it for about an hour in the oven, over medium heat, and then prick it in 2-3 places on top with a toothpick.

Leave it for another 5-10 minutes on high heat and take it out of the oven.

It tastes insanely good, especially if you're fed up with so many grills and boiled meat: D: D
