Pasta cake with Roberta

  • pt.blat:
  • 9 eggs
  • 300 g white flour for cakes
  • 200 g white sugar
  • 1 vanilla essence Dr. Otker vial
  • pt.insiropat
  • -a fruit compote (ideally it would be ginger walnut compote but it is harder to find)
  • pt. cream 1:
  • 1 sachet Dolce Stilla egg liqueur cream,
  • 1/2 sachet of Dr.Otker vanilla cream,
  • 450 ml cold milk,
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar,
  • 1 cup ground walnut kernels
  • pt cream 2:
  • 1 sachet of chocolate cream with truffles and rum Dr Otker,
  • 1 tablespoon Hulala cream,
  • 250 ml of cold milk;
  • Pt.decor
  • 1 box of Hulala cream
  • 1 bag of chocolate ornament
  • 1 cup ground walnut kernels
  • 2 chocolate bunnies of different colors from the trade
  • chocolate curls made from dark chocolate Primola Silk
  • whole walnut kernel

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION How to make Roberta Easter Cake:

Beat eggs with sugar and essence at high speed for 10 minutes, then add flour lightly and incorporate carefully. Then grease a round tray with removable edges with butter and pour the composition and put the tray over medium heat in the preheated oven. Do not walk 15 -20 minutes, depending on the oven. Then we test with the toothpick and if it's ready we leave it with the door ajar to cool it. or what fruit you have. Fill with cream 1 first then with cream 2, then wrap in whipped cream, spread well with a knife or spatula, then garnish on the edge with a mixture of crushed walnut kernels with chocolate ornament from trade from that simple as little ants. On top is placed the whole walnut kernel, the bunnies in the middle and the homemade curls with melted chocolate in a bain marie and dried on baking paper.
