Cream:

- the yolks are mixed with powdered sugar, starch and warm milk and the composition is boiled on a steam bath or over low heat.

- Stir continuously until it thickens like a pudding and leave to cool

- when the cream has cooled, the butter is mixed with foam and then cream is added over it

- mix well until smooth

Assembly:

- put the first wafer sheet, grease half of the cream with cream, add the cooled countertop, over it add and even out the second part of the cream and carefully place the second wafer sheet over it

- put something heavy on the cake to better press the cake and leave it in the fridge overnight or for a few hours

- the cake is sliced ​​with a sharp knife
