Rub the margarine with the egg and sugar, add the flour in which you have previously mixed the cocoa, baking powder and milk. You get a dough that is the consistency of a cake, maybe a little more consistent. Rub the butter with the yolks and sugar. add cheese, flour and spices. At the end, add the beaten egg whites and raisins. Grease the pan with oil and line it with flour or baking paper.
Put 3/4 of the dough and bake until it hardens (about 10 minutes), then add the cheese and the rest of the dough on top should be around 40 minutes. After it has cooled well, "decorate" the top with melted chocolate and leave for the next day
.It is very good when the chocolate hardens and forms a crust.
