RECIPE PREPARATION Frittata with vegetables:

The vegetables are washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces / cubes. If you want you can cook the vegetables together in a tablespoon of oil, I put them directly raw. Beat eggs with a fork, add salt, pepper, Provencal herbs to taste. Add sour cream and flour and mix so that no lumps form. Add the vegetables and mix with a spoon. We pour the above composition in a form of yena greased with a little oil or in a tray on baking paper. Put the frittata in the oven for about 30 minutes, until it browns nicely. You can add other vegetables, and before you put it in the oven on top, you can grate the cheese. Good appetite !
