We prepare the dough for the pizza top as in the recipe presented some time ago. As the dough grows, we take care of the next steps for a delicious pizza.
Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce for the counter. Put 3-4 tablespoons of hot olive oil and garlic powder in a kettle, grate the tomatoes and add them over the hot oil together with the pepper, basil. For a spicy sauce, add a teaspoon of chilly or hot paprika. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly.
We cut the chicken breast into thin strips on the side
and brown it in 2 teaspoons of olive oil. We always turn so that the chicken breast does not catch and each piece penetrates separately. When it is browned, take the pan off the heat.
In the meantime, the dough has risen enough and the sauce is ready so that we can move on to the final step: assembling the pizza.
Heat the oven to maximum temperature, grease the pizza pan with oil. We take a piece of dough enough to reach our pizza tray, so that the top is thin. On the work surface lined with flour, spread the dough in a round shape and then place it in the tray. Grease the dough with pizza sauce, after which we place the ingredients: browned chicken breast, bell peppers, olives, cheese and onion and tomato slices.
Put the tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes at the highest temperature.
We serve pizza with hot chicken breast, with ketchup or homemade tomato sauce.

In the last picture your pizza looks fantastic, I bet it's delicious. I personally like pizza with lots of mushrooms or quattro seasons with mozzarella, sausages, fresh mushrooms, ham, salami, etc.

I then published the pizza dough recipe in video format, thinking that most of those who will read it will be delighted. Well, it didn't happen that way, although, I can tell you with all my heart that pizza dough is better than I've ever tasted. The very, very few people who tried the recipe also confirmed my impression. Everyone had a wonderful dough, a better pizza than they had ever eaten. The problem with that pizza dough recipe is that it lasts a long time. It must take at least 26 hours from the moment we actually start working and until we get to put the pizza in the oven. And, I finally understood that no matter how good a pizza dough is, it's not good enough if it doesn't help us satisfy our pizza craving even when it hits us. We all know, it's not an announced "visit" from one day to the next, but it happens when you least expect it.
So I tried to come up with a super fast version of my proposal two years ago. I say that I was a bit successful: the pizza top that I propose to you today is ready in the oven in exactly 55 minutes from the start of work. I'd say it's less than the time a pizza ordered by phone arrives. And we can have a homemade pizza, made with what we like best or with what we have in the fridge, so… minimum resources consumed, maximum satisfaction. Is this fast pizza dough as good as the one published two years ago? Well, it's good, it's simple and natural, if we stretch it thin it will be crispy, if we leave it thicker, it will be fluffy. If it's as good as the one with slow fermentation and much, much less yeast, I'd love for you to find out for yourself. I would like you to take the time to try that option at least once. I was talking about a different consistency because this time I kneaded a dough with milk instead of water and I can tell you that it came out very good, soft and slightly sweet. I chose to make them smaller and I advise you to do the same, the children will find it much more interesting.
- 500g flour
- 20g fresh yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- approx. 200ml milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- mashed tomatoes
- fresh mushrooms, peppers, onions, ham, spicy salami

Sprinkle fresh basil on top (if you like) and serve.
