It is the classic meatball recipe with two improvements, it contains a lot of greens and the way it is prepared is healthier, that is, the meat is more cooked than fried and is baked.

- 1 kg of pork
- 2 bunches of green onions
- 2 cloves green garlic
- 1 large white onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 link dill
- 1 bunch parsley
- to taste possibly green larch
- 3 eggs
- 2 large potatoes

RECIPE PREPARATION Long baked meatball:
Wash the greens well, drain them and chop them very finely. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Mix all the ingredients until the composition is well blended. From the above quantities you will make 2 servings of long meatballs.
Put half of the composition in a tray lined with baking paper. Form a not very high rectangle. Sprinkle the long meatball with olive oil and put it in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
After the first 20 minutes, reduce the intensity of the fire, otherwise it will brown on the outside and remain raw on the inside.
