Everyone orients it according to their own taste and imagination ....

  • 4 larger potatoes
  • 3 red onions
  • 150 g chopped olives
  • 5 pieces of marinated mackerel
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vinegar
  • oil
  • mayonnaise (optional)

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Oriental salad:

Boil the potatoes in their skins and leave to cool. Cut into suitable cubes. Cut onions into fish. Cut the mackerel pieces smaller and remove any bones. In a bowl put the diced potatoes, then the olives (I bought them ready cut), rub the onion with a little salt and put over the potatoes and olives, then add the fish, season with salt and pepper, add the oil and vinegar to taste.

Serve with mayonnaise.
