Tiramisu with raspberries in the glass. An incredibly good dessert

  • 412g of cream
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 170g dark chocolate
  • fresh raspberries (optional)

Prepare the 500g blackberry jelly with the juice of half a lemon, 100g sugar, balsamic vinegar and 80ml water. Boil them all in a pot over low heat for 6 minutes. Then pass everything through a sieve to remove the seeds. Add soaked gelatin, mix well and allow to cool.

Divide the jelly into 6 glasses with a few whole blackberries placed at the base. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Desert the glass

1. Put 125 ml of milk on the fire and heat it lightly. Beat the yolks with 75 g of sugar. Then incorporate the sifted flour, stirring to prevent lumps from forming.
