The preparation method is not at all sophisticated, and the result is distinguished by a special flavor. Try the recipe and you will agree with me!

  • 1 chicken breast, preferably from a slow-growing bird

  • 3-4 strands of parsley
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic

The chicken breast is divided into 2. Each piece is beaten with a hammer, placed in a tray and seasoned with salt and pepper.

You need: chicken breast and cheese, butter, broth, a little milk, paprika, white pepper, salt.

It's very simple: cut the chicken breast into smaller or larger pieces or even into strips, as you wish. I put a thick slice of butter in the pan instead of oil.

I seasoned the pieces of meat with salt and a lot of paprika - both sweet and hot. I put them in the pan and left them for 2 minutes on one side, after which I turned them over.

Immediately, I added a so-called sauce over the chicken breast, which I made from: half a tablespoon of broth (it's very good if you have tomato juice - you put 2 tablespoons) and… the secret is to add 5 -6 tablespoons of milk! I also put a little white pepper here in the sauce.

I let it boil again, until it almost dropped (which happens very quickly) and I immediately added over each piece of grated cheese breast. I left the pan on the fire for another 3-4 minutes, covered with the lid.

I served it with lettuce with green onions and a few cubes of feta cheese.
