Gifts for Dad

Gifts for dad are some of the hardest to find! If your dad is like mine, when you ask what he wants for Father’s Day, his birthday, or Christmas, he just says, “I don’t need anything.” Which is probably true for most dads. They don’t NEED anything but we want to get them something to show them how much we love them. And we really love funny presents for dad that will make him laugh out loud.

I’m hoping this list will introduce you to a few new products that are fun and show Dad how much he means to you.

This post contains affiliate links. You won’t pay any more when you use these but I will earn a small commission on any purchases you make after clicking on them and I greatly appreciate it. Thanks for helping support my little blog.

10 Healthy Gift Baskets for the Wellness Fanatic in Your Life

Need a gift for the health fanatic in your life? Choose a healthy gift basket filled with wholesome treats instead of a gift basket laden in calorie-packed baked goods and candy that will tempt her to quit on her healthy lifestyle goals. You can find lots of healthy gift baskets that will satisfy all her cravings while keeping up with her healthy lifestyle. Here’s how to find the perfect healthy gift basket.

How to Choose a Healthy Gift Basket

Healthy foods don’t have to taste bland or boring. You can find tons of healthy options that taste great and still help you meet your healthy lifestyle goals. When it comes to healthy food, you have a few options. You can choose heart-healthy nuts, fresh fruit, dried fruit, cheese, and so much more. There are tons of healthy options for gift baskets that you can choose.

One thing you might want to consider is if your loved one has any special food allergies or dietary restrictions. You may want to check to see if your loved one is following a gluten-free or vegan diet. Next, think about what your recipient really enjoys. Send a box of fruit to your friend who has a bit of a sweet tooth, or choose some beef jerky, cheese, and mixed nuts for your friend who follows a keto or low-carb lifestyle. But if you send a package of carb-heavy cookies to your loved one following a keto diet, they most likely won’t be used, so it’s important to know a little bit about what your loved one prefers.

If you’re shipping something perishable, make sure it ships quickly and is properly packaged. Or, choose shelf-stable items so you don’t have to worry about fluctuations in temperatures during the shipping process. Or, choose an arrangement from Edible Arrangements® that always arrives perfectly fresh.

Top 10 Last Minute Gifts for the Holidays

With the holidays looming, the clock is quickly counting down on your time to find the perfect present for your loved ones this season. If your winter has been a blur and you’re just now shopping, have no fear. We’ve scoured the internet to bring you our favorite finds for the best last minute gifts for the holiday. Whether you’re buying for family, friends, your boss or maybe just rewarding yourself for making it through the season, here are a few items that will make checking off your list easy and quick.

We first discovered Truff when they launched in 2017. While the pretty bottle caught our eye, the ingredient list is what made it a holiday gifting staple. Their original sauce ties together a selective blend of premium red chili peppers infused with black truffle oil from Piedmont, Italy, and organic agave nectar from Jalisco, Mexico, adding a pinch of cumin to round out what can best be described as an explosion of taste. Also available in a coriander-infused White Truffle and their jalapeño-rich blend Hotter Sauce, this stuff is good on everything .

Sierra Club’s Adopt a Wild Animal

As part of their “Gifts that Give Back” initiative, the Sierra Club is offering several out-of-the-box gifts for all the nature and animal lovers on your list this season. Our favorite is their “Adopt a Wild Animal” program, which allows a symbolic adoption of your favorite animal with proceeds going to continue conservation and protection efforts for the animal and their habitat. The proud adopter will receive a cute stuffed version of their adoptee, along with an adoption certificate, booklet and stickers. The Sierra Club also offers adventure travel gift certificates, activist memberships, and an online store filled with all the gear and gifts you’ll ever need.

Spread the Love Gift Set

There’s something especially fun about receiving artisan food gifts. Often an indulgence we enjoy but don’t think to get for ourselves, gifts of great food are instant stand-out hit at any holiday party. Spread the Love Foods’ gift set is our favorite kind of foodie present, replete with nut butters and jams that are organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan and 100 percent clean. This famous savory sauce known for topping off the perfect hot dog goes for a budget-friendly $5 per 15-oz. can.

Not only will they receive a variety of flavors to try, but the set itself includes close to $100 in savings.

Santa Monica Brew Works Bourbon Barrel-Aged Beers

Santa Monica Brew Works‘ holiday slogan is: “It’s the most wonderful time for a beer” and honestly, we couldn’t agree more. As the first and only independent craft brewery in Santa Monica, SMBW has released two new beers just in time for the holidays: Buffalo Ninja Imperial Stout and Gravity Coaster Barley Wine. Bourbon barrel-aged, these beers are available in bottles, boasting an ABV content in the double-digits and are recommended for enthusiasts who enjoy full-flavor and slow-sipping. Described as their boldest release yet, this is the perfect last-minute gift for any beer lover.

Hangover Helper

With a high ABV comes a wicked hangover, which is why we are also recommending the gift of this fun cookbook, Hangover Helper . An illustrated collection of 50 international hangover cures, author Lauren Shockey offers tips and tricks on how to utilize your skills in the kitchen to cure even the worst of hangovers. From a full English breakfast to a Mexican michelada and a South Korean beansprout soup (kongnamul gukbap), Shockey’s recipes explore beloved cultural cures for an indulgent night of imbibing. Given that New Year’s Day is also known as National Hangover Day, this gift couldn’t come at a better time:

Let’s face it: Cutting boards can get gross. A hotbed for bacteria growth, these kitchen staples can be difficult and time-consuming to properly clean after every meal, which is why Fabs Lab’s Cutting Boards are the perfect gift for those who cook. A natural antibacterial curing board, Fab Slabs are aesthetically pleasing cutting boards and platters that are produced and designed in Australia. Made from Camphor Laurel trees, the wood is naturally and permanently antibacterial — making clean up a breeze. Each board is individually handcrafted and eco-friendly, with the ability to be personalized for the holidays.
