I still benefit from good poultry meat raised in the yard in the country with real berries. I'm in the habit of sorting chicken meat. I put separately thighs, wings, chest, pipettes, liver. That's how we can serve what we like. I also used some stray mushrooms in the fridge. Along with a salad, they set up an honorable meal.
- 1 Kg lower thighs - chicken, coconut
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano mixed with basil, dried and crushed
- red pepper smoked with peppers
- 8 mushroom mushrooms
- 100 gr cheese
For salad: lettuce, red onions, cucumbers, radishes
- lemon juice
Preparation time: less than 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Meatballs with salad and salad:
- The poultry is cleaned, washed well.
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
- Salt the meat and mix with garlic, paprika, pepper and spices.
- Let the seasoned thighs rest for at least two hours in the cold.
- I put the meat in a tray and I have the oven for the chicken program.
- For us, the fat released by the poultry was enough and we did not use oil.
- I cleaned and cut the mushrooms in four on the tail side.
- The mushrooms were seasoned with the same spices as the meat.
- 10 minutes before the end of the baking program, I placed the mushrooms among the chicken hammers.
- On top of each mushroom I put a piece of cheese and sprayed them, finely with a little oil.
- Peel and wash the vegetables for salad. Slice, cut the vegetables as you like. Make a vegetable salad. Salt and sour with lemon juice.
- Taste the meat and if necessary add more salt.
- Serve the hot thighs with mushrooms and salad.
- Next to the cooked meat you can serve your favorite salad.
