Filling
Mix the salted cheese, which we crumble with a fork, with the cottage cheese. (In the original recipe in the filling was added dill)

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, then add the sifted flour, salt and knead until you get a soft and elastic dough, but not sticky. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Spread each sheet as thin as you can, sprinkling flour.
Grease the first sheet with the butter that you melted in the microwave (30 sec), then put the second sheet and grease it with butter. Put half of the filling and roll. Do the same with the remaining two sheets.
After you have rolled them, grease them with egg yolk and sprinkle the sesame seeds. Place the rolls in a tray lined with baking paper. Put them in the preheated oven at 180 gr, for 50 minutes on a suitable heat.
