IT TOOK: In a bowl put mineral water, oil and salt powder. Add the beans and mix until you get a hard, elastic dough that does not stick. Leave to cool for 15 minutes.

In the meantime we are preparing filling: grate the apples and mix with the sugar and cinnamon. We take out the tart dough, we spread it and we wallpaper with it a form of tart or what kind of tray we have at hand.

We add the semolina on the bottom of the tart evenly, then we put the apples drained of juice. From the rest of the dough we shape the top of the tart.
