  • 175ml double cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • 1 pinch caster sugar, or to taste
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Yummy! Very creamy and smooth. I ran out of Dijon mustard so I just used yellow mustard. It was still delicious! I served it with a pot roast. Rave reviews from guest.-16 Oct 2010
