- 12 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- 9 tablespoons sugar
- 9 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon pre-baking
- 9 tablespoons oil
- 500 gr cow's cheese
- a pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons semolina
- 5-6 tablespoons sugar
- vanilla sugar (optional)
- grated lemon peel
- 4 eggs
- a vanilla pudding
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cow's cheese cake:
Beat the eggs with the sugar until it becomes a fluffy cream, then add the oil and mix well, then add the milk and mix and the last step add the flour mixed with baking powder and salt and pour the composition into a tray with baking paper (only half the composition ) for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cream: mix the cheese with the 4 yolks + sugar + semolina + pudding + grated lemon peel and incorporate all the ingredients well, and add the beaten egg whites.
Place the cream cheese and the rest of the dough over the top taken out of the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
It can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
