Wholemeal biscuits with cranberries and walnuts

Soft butter is greased and mixed with sugar and vanilla. Add flour mixed with baking powder and cinnamon powder and mix. At the end, put the cranberries and walnuts and give the dough a rectangular or round shape, cover it in cling film and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

After the time expires, take out the dough and cut it into 1-1.5 cm thick pieces that we place in a tray lined with baking paper.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges.

Let the biscuits cool in the pan, because, hot, they are very fragile and can break.

Powder with sugar and serve.

The soft butter (left at room temperature for 1-2 hours) mixes very well, using a whisk or mixer with powdered sugar, salt and vanilla until we obtain a homogeneous and frothy composition.

Add the whole egg and the yolk and mix until well incorporated. Then add the flour without mixing it, use a spoon or a spatula. You can mix the dough by hand, without kneading excessively because the dough will soften too much and the forks will not they will be more tender, but gummy.

Cover the bowl with cling film and let it cool for an hour.

After the time has elapsed, we take pieces of dough about the size of a walnut and form balls that we place, spaced apart, on a tray covered with baking paper.

I weighed them, made the balls of 25 g / one and I found 38 pieces.

I cut the candied cherries in half and put them on top of the balls and pressed gently until they penetrated the dough.

Bake the cookies for 25 minutes at 170 ° C, until they start to brown slightly. Let them cool completely and then enjoy them with pleasure. Enjoy!

  • Candied cherries can be replaced with pieces of shit or other dried fruit (hydrated in cold water).
  • Or, make a hole with your finger and fill it with jam fruit, plum jam or other hearty jam.

Biscuits with oatmeal, bananas and cranberries

It is a recipe that they make for us (the older ones), but it is also suitable for babies aged 8-9 months if you replace the cranberries with raisins, for example, and do not add honey.

  • 160g oatmeal
  • 2-3 well-ripened medium bananas
  • 50g cranberries (or other dried fruit)
  • 5 hydrated dates
  • a tip of cinnamon knife
  • a tablespoon of coconut oil (or sunflower & # 8211 70ml)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey (optional, if you want them sweeter)
  • free (optional)

Method of preparation:

  1. Blend the bananas with coconut oil, a vanilla pod, cinnamon and dates (I leave them in water for about 2-3 hours). If you do not have a blender, use a fork to crush the bananas and cut the dates into small pieces.
  2. The puree obtained is well mixed with oatmeal.
  3. I incorporate in the composition the dried fruits and a spoonful of honey.
  4. I'm going to shape the cookies. I take a spoonful of the obtained composition and shape them in the palms until I get a round shape. I leave them thicker because we like them to be soft inside. You can make them thin if you like them crispier. I place them in a tray in which I have previously put baking paper.
  5. Place the biscuits in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.

To be honest, I don't know exactly how many biscuits came out, but I think about 12. It's good that you asked so I will remember to mention the amount at the end of the recipes. I say you can keep them quiet for 4-5 days.

Oatmeal and banana biscuits - sugar-free cookies, it's a quick dessert, tasty, prepared from a few ingredients. These biscuits are healthy, because they are oatmeal, being ideal for children, but also for adults who follow a diet or diet. As ingredients we use ripe bananas, with brown skin (or in the process of becoming). You should not throw away bananas with brown peel, because they make the most flavorful desserts - for example banana bread or pancakes. These oatmeal and banana cookies are only good to eat in the morning for coffee or a glass of milk. They are a snack, to be packed at school, college or work. Decorating cookies with chocolate or nuts, raisins, almonds, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower, etc. is optional. In a maximum of 30 minutes we have some flavorful, sweet biscuits, without flour, sugar, eggs, butter. Ingredients cookies with oatmeal and sugar-free bananas:

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 200 g of oatmeal
  • cinnamon

We put the bananas on a plate, with the help of a fork, we grind them until we obtain a fine puree. In a large bowl we put the oatmeal, cinnamon, vanilla essence, banana puree, walnut kernels, we mix the cranberries until smooth.

Cake with cheese filling and coconut & # 8211. One of the most beloved cakes

My whole family is crazy about the cheese and coconut cake. I do it frequently for different occasions and it disappears from the table in a flash. It tastes insane.


  • 100 gr wholemeal biscuits
  • 40 ml coconut oil
  • 10 gr coconut flakes

Ingredients for the cheese filling:

  • 500 gr cow's cheese
  • 50 gr coconut flakes
  • 3 eggs, 1 vanilla-flavored pudding powder
  • 80 g sugar, 60 ml liquid coconut oil
  • 4 slices of pineapple, a pinch of salt

Ingredients for whipped cream:

  • 100 ml pineapple compote
  • 200 ml sweet cream for whipped cream
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin, 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Coconut flakes (for decoration)

Chop the wholemeal biscuits and mix them with the coconut oil. Add the oil gradually. At the end we add the coconut flakes. We put the biscuit dough on the bottom of a round tray with a diameter of 18 cm. Nice level.

We are preparing the filling. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar, then add the cheese, pudding powder, coconut oil and coconut flakes. Stir only until the ingredients are combined.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until you get a firm foam. Add the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk mixture. Mix lightly with a spoon. Pour the cream obtained over the biscuit dough in the tray.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. Put the cheesecake tray in the oven for about 90 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake tray inside for about an hour. Then take out the cheesecake and set it aside for a few hours, until it cools completely.

Heat the pineapple compote in a saucepan. Add sugar and gelatin and mix well until completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool.

Beat the sweet cream with the mixer until you get a firm whipped cream. Then pour the syrup into the whipped cream and mix. Put the whipped cream over the cheesecake and sprinkle coconut flakes on top. Leave the cake in the fridge for a few hours.

Before serving, decorate the cheesecake with pineapple pieces. Good appetite and increase cooking!

RECIPE PREPARATION Cake with walnuts, cranberries and cocoa:

For the dough, the ingredients must be at room temperature.
Put the milk in a bowl on the fire and when it starts to heat, melt the sugar and butter in it. It doesn't have to boil, it just has to be hot! Add the lemon essence.
Then put the yeast and leave it for a few minutes until it rises to the surface of the milk like a mushroom.
In a large bowl put the flour together with the vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and citrus peel.
In the middle put the liquid mixture of sweetened milk, butter and yeast, then eggs.
Mix well by hand and knead for 2-3 minutes until you get a homogeneous dough.
Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it rise for 2 hours and double in volume.
I divided the dough into 2 pieces and spread them on the floured table. I tried to stretch them in an oval shape so that they could run better.
On each I put cocoa cream, sugar, milk, chopped walnut kernels and cranberries.
I rolled them and baked them in the normal tray, not in the cake pan. The dough is harder, so do not leave it on the edges. Eventually they can be made smaller, in the shape of horns. Use baking paper in the tray.
I let it simmer for 35 minutes. I took it out of the tray and let it cool covered with a towel.
I portioned, powdered with sugar and served.

6 lg wholemeal flour (or rye)

4 lg brown sugar (I used xylitol)

2 lg coconut oil (or sunflower oil)

2 lg chopped dark chocolate

& ndash quantities for about 18 pieces & ndash

or you can use cocoa oil, also from here, for a more pronounced cocoa taste.

Simple everything! Mix oatmeal, sugar and walnuts until you get a similar composition

larger corn (I stopped 1 lg of oatmeal and used them in the composition without grinding).

Add flour, bran, oatmeal (if you stopped unground), salt, vanilla over the mixture.

and about 10 lg of warm water. Mix well and add melted coconut oil (or sunflower oil).

I wanted to make two kinds of biscuits, so in this phase I divided the composition into 2,

in one composition I added 2 lbs of dehydrated cranberry and in another drops of dark chocolate,

for biscuits (you can use chopped dark chocolate with a knife). If you do only one way, put

4 lg of your favorite ingredient: dehydrated fruit, chocolate, chopped almonds, chopped hazelnuts.

Sprinkle the flour on the table, spread a thin sheet of about 5-6 mm (I used a plastic sheet on which

I put it over the dough and spread it with the rolling pin).

We cut the biscuits and put them in the tray, on baking paper.

Note! Make sure you put enough flour under the dough, because it is very sticky.

The first round stuck very hard, so I took them off the table with a palette, and although they were

slightly deformed, I remodeled them in my hand.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10-12 minutes. Although they will not harden too much

in the oven, they harden when they cool.

Do not bake them for more than 13-14 minutes because they harden too much later.

I made a thicker turn, about 6-7 mm, as if I liked it more like that.
