Tiramisu reinterpreted recipe

At first glance there are many ingredients, it seems like a lot of work, but I assure you that is not the case. :) We prepare a tray in which we put molds for silicone muffins / paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. We prepare and weigh all the ingredients to have them at hand and not to "run" after them through the kitchen.


In a bowl put the butter, sugar and mix them until you get a foam. Add eggs and flour, but alternately (1 egg / flour, 1 egg / flour). Mixam. Put the ness dissolved in water, vanilla, yogurt and crushed biscuits. Mixam.

We put all this mixture obtained in the muffin tins, and as we know we fill them only on 3/4. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes and half the time we turn the tray.

When they are ready, take them out on a grill and leave them to cool completely.

While the cupcakes are baking / cooling, prepare the syrup and frosting.

Put water, sugar and ness in a pot. after the sugar has dissolved, boil for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool.

Put the mascarpone cheese in a bowl, add a teaspoon of powdered sugar, crushed biscuits and chilled coffee syrup (2-3 tablespoons). Homogenize well.

For decoration the first step is to put a little syrup on the cupcakes and then with the help of a pos, we put the frosting on top. At this stage we can grate a little chocolate or decorate with cocoa.

They have an aromatic taste, they are soft, fluffy ... delicious! ;)
